Introduction and Acceptance

By accessing Pkrvip and opening an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. They govern your use of all services offered on the platform. If you do not accept these terms, you must not register or use the services. Pkrvip reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time; changes take effect on publication and must be reviewed by you regularly. Continued use after a modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility and Age

The operator may suspend or terminate access if there is evidence of unauthorized use or financial risk arising from your account.

Verification and Anti Money Laundering

All deposits must be made from funds belonging to you and in your own name. Third party deposits are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of winnings and closure of the account. Wagering must be conducted with funds that have been credited to the player’s account. Bets financed by uncredited or pending deposits may be void. Any promotional funds or bonuses are provided as Bonus Money and are not withdrawable until converted according to the applicable promotion terms. If a withdrawal is attempted before satisfying the turnover requirements, the bonus and any winnings may be forfeited. The operator may restrict eligibility, suspend accounts, or terminate offers if abuse or prohibited activity is suspected.

Fraud, Manipulation and Game Integrity

The use of automated, manipulated, or third party software, or any attempt to influence game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. The operator may terminate accounts, void winnings, and pursue civil or criminal remedies in cases of fraud, bonus abuse, or circumvention of security controls. Users may be permanently barred from accessing the platform.

Winnings, Payouts and Tax

Winnings may be withheld or voided during the verification process. The operator may require you to provide identification and payment details prior to releasing funds. Funds are credited to your account after successful verification. You are responsible for any taxes or duties arising from winnings in your jurisdiction, and the operator may withhold amounts as required by applicable law. Liability and Warranties

Any disputes relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts or by alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in that jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable procedures.

Ammendments to the Terms

Pkrvip may modify or update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published on the platform and will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for monitoring changes and ensuring your compliance.

Suspension, Termination and Refund of Balances

The operator may suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or breach of the Terms. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be refunded using a payment method selected by the operator, subject to verification and processing rules. Winnings may be forfeited in cases of breach or fraud.

Duplicate Accounts and Prohibited Conduct

Opening multiple accounts or concealing true identity is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all related accounts may be closed, pending transactions voided, and funds may be reclaimed in the operator’s sole discretion.

The handling of personal data is governed by the platform privacy policy. The operator collects, stores, and processes personal data to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, and improve the user experience. You consent to such processing by using the services.
